Find a Story Record

When a story is told, the record of that story is kept in PeopleSafe and can be found from the Stories list, this includes StoryAnywhere and Full Stories. If a story was told that involved a Risk only  (ie when choosing what the story is about only Risk was chosen ), that record will appear under Safety Plans not Stories.

Find a Full Story

  1. Click Stories in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Full Stories , the last 30 days of stories will appear by default.
  3. Use the filters to change the view if needed, eg Date Range, Story Type, to find the story.

Find a StoryAnywhere

  1. Click Stories in the top menu bar.
  2. Click StoryAnywhere Tasks
  3. Use the filters to change the view if needed, eg Date Range, StoryAnywhere Type to find the StoryAnywhere.

  1. Click Safety Plans in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Risks Added, the last 30 days of risks will appear by default.
  3. Use the filters to change the view if needed, eg Date Range, Column display, to find the risk you want to see.

More about Story Records

  • When a Story is told, notifications will be sent from PeopleSafe so the right people know about it. These notifications have a link to the story record so the story can be reviewed or in the case of StoryAnywhere the task completed.
  • If the story you want to see has been reviewed and you want to see the orginal story, this can be found from the Reviewed Story screen.
