How your PeopleSafe Bill works
Overview
- Your PeopleSafe bill is payable each month in advance and is calculated by taking into account the various parts that make up your subscription.
- Mostly you don't need to do anything, we charge the credit card you have registered under Payment Details in PeopleSafe.
- Once payment is confirmed as successful and arrives at our bank, we will send an email to the email address you added under Billing Details in PeopleSafe. The email has a link to the invoice confirming that the payment was made and becomes your record (this come from Xero). This process can take a few days so don't worry if you don't get it straight away, it's coming!
What is my Billing Date
The day you sign up to PeopleSafe is your monthly billing anniversary and we will bill you each month, in advance, on your billing anniversary.
How is the Bill calculated?
We calculate your Bill based on the number of active users in your account for that month, the number of organisations that form part of your subscription and any additional costs incurred eg any text notifications that are above your monthly allocation. This is why sometimes your invoice will be different.
Where is my invoice?
Once your credit card is charged, payment is successful and reconciled in our system, your paid invoice is then raised/generated. This means it will take a couple days after payment before you receive an email with a link to your invoice. When you click on the link you can view and download your paid invoice.
If for some reason the payment fails, our system will send an email to let you know payment has not been successful. If after a number of attempts over a period of days, it's still not successful, we will be in contact with you to work out a solution.
Finding older Invoices
Sometimes you may need to look back over older invoices. You can easily find your last 6 months of invoices in your Billing Details page under
Our Organisation. If you need an earlier invoice, please contact us at
billing@peoplesafe.co.nz
Checking or Updating your Billing Details
If you need to make any changes or just want to look at your billing details, you can do this by clicking on
Our Organisation on the top left of your screen. In the left side panel click
Billing Details. This page shows you which organisation/s are billed in your subscription, your Billing Name, Address and Email. You'll also find you have the option to add a secondary billing email address in here, this way you, as well as someone in your accounts team can receive invoices.
Updating your Payment Details
To update your payment details, click
Our Organisation on the top left of your screen. In the left side panel click
Payment Details to see your payment information.When updating credit card details - if you have several organisations in your subscription, updating the credit card details of any of the organisations will update the payment details for all of that subscription for all invoices raised after the date the Credit Card is added.
