Add a Status to your Reviewed Full Story

Adding a status to a Story once it's been reviewed but needs further action is a great way to keep track of what that action is. You may be  'Seeking Industry Advice' or it's 'Under Worksafe Investigation'. You can easily see the status of your Stories by looking at the Stories list in the Full Stories tile under the Stories tab.   The Full Story Status column shows the status of each story , if one has been added.  Note The default setting for this list does not display Full Story Status. Click the Display Columns drop-down menu and select Full Story Status.

Before you add a status to a reviewed story, you'll first need to add your statuses in the Settings area under your Organisation name.  Once added they are then available for selection in the drop-down menu on the task screen.


To add a Status

  1. Click the Stories tab in the top menu bar.
  2. Click the Full Stories tile to open a list view of your stories.
  3. Scroll to find the story or use the Smart list filters or column search fields.
  4. Open the Reviewed Story by clicking anywhere in the story row.
  5. Click the Options menu in the far right of the screen.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select your Status from the drop-down list next to Full Story Status. 
  8. Click Save to finish.

  • The status that you have chosen for your Full Story will appear in the Full Story Status column when looking at a list view of your Stories.
  • The list can be sorted by the Full Story Status Column or filtered, using the in-line filters at the head of the column to get to the data you want to view.
