Record a Full Safety Story using the Web App
Record the stories that happen at work. Accidents, injuries, close calls, damage, risks/hazards and nice jobs - everyone can tell their own stories.

- Click on the Stories Tab

- Click on the Tell Your Story button on the right - only applies to those if you have Coordinator or Manage Users security clearance.

- Click on the options to choose what your story is about

- Click on the Next button
- 5
- Add the details about the Story
- 6
- Click the Next button on the bottom right of the page
Your story is complete when the next button directs you to an end screen with one of the following messages:
- Thanks - For telling your story...
- Sorry - We’re sorry to hear someones been hurt...
- Phew - We’re stoked no one was hurt
- Ouch - Make sure that pain doesn’t get worse!
- Nice Job! - Thanks for telling a good news story
- Oh Dear! - But thanks for telling us about the damage
- Stop! - Looks like it could be serious...
After a person has told a story their manager and the PeopleSafe coordinator get email alerts with the basic story details. It's then up to them to review the story and make some common-sense decisions about how to make things better.
