Add Another Organisation to your Subscription

You can create a new Organisation, for example another business unit or work site and add it to your existing PeopleSafe subscription.

  1. Click on your Organisation Name at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click Our Organisation.
  3. Click Add Another Organisation in the left side bar.
  4. Add the name of the new Organisation.
  5. Click Yes to Subscribe to all our Safety Hubs,  if you want the new organisation to be pre-populated with the Safety Hub information your current organisation is subscribed to. Otherwise click No.
  6. Click Yes, to agree to the PeopleSafe Terms of Use.
  7. Click Create to finish.

More about Adding another Organisation

  • The new Organisation will have the same billing & Organisation Settings as the Organisation you're adding it to.
  • You will be given the same Coordinator or Advisor-level access to the new Organisation as you have to the Organisation you're adding it to.
  • You can choose whether you carry over any Safety Hub 'Subscriptions' that are associated with the Organisation you're adding it to.
  • You will be charged for the new Organisation at the same rate as the one you're adding it to.
