Add Another Organisation to your Subscription
You can create a new Organisation, for example another business unit or work site and add it to your existing PeopleSafe subscription.
- Click on your Organisation Name at the top left of the screen.
- Click Our Organisation.
- Click Add Another Organisation in the left side menu.
- Read the details provided about adding another organisation to your subscription.
- Add the name of the new Organisation.
- Click Yes to Subscribe to all our Safety Hubs, if you have a Safety Hub, want the new organisation to be pre-populated with the Safety Hub information your current organisation is subscribed to. Otherwise click No.
- Click Yes, to agree to the PeopleSafe Terms of Use.
- Click Create to finish.
More about Adding another Organisation
- The new Organisation will have the same billing & Organisation Settings as the Organisation you're adding it to.
- You will be given the same Coordinator or Advisor-level access to the new Organisation as you have to the Organisation you're adding it to.
- You can choose whether you carry over any Safety Hub 'Subscriptions' that are associated with the Organisation you're adding it to.
- You will be charged for the new Organisation at the same rate as the one you're adding it to.
