PeopleSafe does not offer telephone support.
While a quick phone call sounds easy we've found the best way to support our users is via email; using email we can be more precise with our responses, including links where relevant, involve the appropriate team members in answering your queries; and obviously have the details logged for future reference.
This is particularly important for queries where the exact detail is essential, details that we aren't able to receive via the phone. Email enables us to more easily point you in the right direction, and allows you to share more information with us e.g. what you're trying to achieve, what outcome you're expecting, screen captures etc.
