Introducing PeopleSafe TXT-in

PeopleSafe TXT-in is the best way to let PeopleSafe know when there's a story that needs to be told. TXT-in creates a task in PeopleSafe so a Manager or Supervisor can Tell Your Story when you aren't able to.

How it works

To use PeopleSafe TXT-in you need to make sure you have your mobile number listed in your personal profile. Whenever you have a story to tell just TXT the word Hurt, Fix, Risk, FirstAid or Nice followed by a short description about what's happened to the number 4164. Your message will turn into a PeopleSafe task for your manager or coordinator to follow up. The format of messages into TXT-in is <Keyword> <Space> <Message>. So a message would be something like:  "HURT Cut hand on...."

Hurt, Fix, Risk, FirstAid, and Nice

These are the short words to quickly describe what type of story you need told.

Once the story has sent, you'll receive a TXT back to say your story has been received. If you belong to more than one site you'll get a TXT backing asking you to confirm what site you're on.

Important Note

If your story really is a serious harm story, it's a good idea to first call your manager, supervisor, or coordinator to let them know before you TXT in more details.
