Edit Your Gear

If you need to edit a gear item's profile, this article gives you the easy steps.

Before you can Edit any Gear, you'll need:

• Security clearance of a PeopleSafe Coordinator
• Security Clearance of a Manage User if that person was the creator of the gear item

Step One:

1. Login to PeopleSafe, click on the Gear Tab in the top menu to see the Gear dashboard.
2. Click on the Gear, Plant and Buildings box on the bottom left to open the Gear screen which lists all the gear records.
3. Find the Gear item you want to edit. You can use the filters or the Search option to help you.
4. Click on View.  The Gear item profile will open.
5. Click on the Options button in the top left. A drop-down list will open.
6. Click on Edit.

7. Update or edit details about the Gear.
8. Click the Save button to complete.
