Tell Your Story is the PeopleSafe way to report and record accidents, hazards/risks, near misses, injuries, threatening behavior, food safety, pain or discomfort and even nice jobs. It features an intelligent click-through process that helps you build a complete story about what happened without having to answer irrelevant questions. We use everyday language so everyone with a login to PeopleSafe can confidently tell stories, and with tips included along the way your people will never get stuck.

After a person has told a story their manager and the PeopleSafe coordinator get email alerts with the basic story details. It's then up to them to review the story and make some common-sense decisions about how to make things better.
