PeopleSafe Mobile App

This article explains the different feature options available to you in the Mobile App.   

My PeopleSafe ID

This is your unique PeopleSafe identity number, allocated to you when your  PeopleSafe User Profile is created. This number is stored in PeopleSafe and stays with you. If you join another organisation that uses PeopleSafe, for example a sports club, you will be connected to that sports club via your PeopleSafe ID.  When you open this feature your ID number & QR code appear. The QR code is used for entry through a PeopleSafe check-in Unit.  You can check-in by scanning your QR code to automatically populate your name and organisation.


When you login to the Mobile App on your device you will be able to receive PUSH messages from your Manager or PeopleSafe Coordinator.  This feature is designed to get information to you quickly and allow you to respond by sending a thumbs up or a thumbs down.

Safety Plans

All the Safety Plans your organisation has created can be accessed in the Mobile App. These plans explain what to do to manage the risks they know about.  This should be the first place you turn if you're looking for safety information.  It's always live, so you'll be able to see the most up-to-date version of the information.

Emergency Plans

This is where you can find the details of any Emergency Plans your Organisation has created.
