FAQs - Downloading the Mobile App

When I go to use the Storyanywhere App on my phone it says: Sorry, you are not connected to any Organisations with StoryAnywhere enabled.

The most likely cause is your organisation either isn’t on a plan with this feature or it hasn’t  been turned on in your Organisation profile. Have a chat to the coordinator for your site or if you are a coordinator, check under Preferences> StoryAnywhere via Mobile App Enabled, change to Yes in your Organisation profile. 

I have new staff from overseas and they can't find the PeopleSafe App to download on their phones.

The PeopleSafe mobile app is only currently visible in the NZ app market place on iOS and Android.  Two web links are available which may allow access to the app.
