Order ID Cards from PeopleSafe

If you wish to order ID cards, this can be done for all staff at once or for individual users from PeopleSafe.
Note: Staff profiles must contain a photo before an ID card can be created. 


Option 1: Ordering ID Cards for all staff

  1. Click on your Organisation's Name at the top left.
  2. Click Settings in the drop-down.
  3. Scroll to the People Settings area and click Order ID Cards.
  4. Click Create ID Cards near the bottom of the screen.
  5. A pop-up will come up and ask you if you want to open or save the file. You will need to save the file onto your computer and remember where it is saved.
  6. Click on the Order ID Cards button.
  7. If you have an email account set up on your computer it will open an email message to send to PeopleSafe.
  8. Now is the time to attach the PDF file of all the ID cards to the email.
  9. Once you're happy with the order send the email.


Option 2: Ordering ID Cards for a single staff member

(this also works if you need to order for a small number of people)

  1. Click People in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Staff on the dashboard.
  3. Find the person you want to create an ID Card for  and click View.
  4. Click the Options menu to the right of the screen.
  5. Select Create ID Card. This option will only appear if there is a photo present in the User's profile.
  6. A pop-up will come up and ask you if you want to open or save the file. You will need to save the file onto your computer and remember where it is saved.
  7. Click on your Organisation's Name at the top left
  8. Click Settings in the drop-down.
  9. Scroll to the People Settings area and click Order ID Cards.
  10. Click Order ID Cards in the bottom of the screen.
  11. If you have an email account set up on your computer it will open an email message to send to PeopleSafe.
  12. Now is the time to attach the PDF file of the ID cards to the email.
  13. Once you're happy with the order send the email.

If you don't have a default email account set up on your computer you can send us the PDF by logging into your email via web browser and attach the PDF to a new email. Send the email to ids@peoplesafe.co.nz
Make sure to include the following in your email:

  • Your Organisations PeopleSafe ID number
  • Organisation Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Your contact details
